For Safe Use of Diamond Wheels
- Protective covers must be installed correctly.
- Zigzag cutting/curve cutting/diagonal cutting (without using a guide)/kojiri/side cannot be used.
- When the wheel is spinning, absolutely refrain from touching it with your hands or body.
- Wheels may generate sparks during use. Risk of ignition or explosion must be avoided at all costs.
- Wheels in use generate noise. Please be careful not to inconvenience others.
- Dust-proof glasses, safety shoes, hard hats, earplugs, and other protective equipment must be worn at all times.
- If the wheel is damaged, there is a risk of injury. Bends, cracks, and chips and other damage must be confirmed before use.
- The wheel's blade and substrate may have abrasion; please check if there are any abnormalities.
- The wheel's blade and subtrate may have wear damage; please do not use it in cases like these.
- When the wheel is installed, looseness or shaking must be confirmed.
- If shaft shaking is great, the wheel may vibrate abnormally and be damaged, resulting in injury.
- If the work material the wheel in use, it may cause wear damage, poor sharpness, and abnormal overheating.
- Do not force the work.
- For wheel repair, please contact the manufacturer.
- When installing the wheel, be sure the power source is in the "off" position.
- The wheel's center hole diameter must be used with a matching flange.
- Align the center hole diameter or collar of the wheel with the flange or shaft, and use the flange and nut or screw to prevent backlash or runout. Tighten firmly so that it does not come loose.
- After reaching the used rotation speed, rotate with no load for about 1 minute, and check that there is no abnormal noise or vibration.
- For machines that designate the direction of the wheel with an arrow, please install in the same direction of rotation.
